I thought it would be fun if we went to Coeur d'Alene for the day with our favorites, the Powells. We attempted to hike Tubb's Hill again. We made it about half way.

After the hike, we headed over to the beach to cool off.
Then we headed to Hudson's for dinner only to find out that they were already closed. Despite our disappointment, we found some delicious burgers to eat at Schmidty's Burgers.

We treated the Powell's to Gooey's ice cream for dessert. We had so much fun talking in British accents as we waited for our ice cream. I think Amber was embarrassed but the kids and I loved it!
